Refund policy & right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has started, if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. Premium is activated immediately after payment.

Our promise

If premium doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we'll refund you - no questions asked. Unredeemed gift codes can always be refunded within 14 days. Refunds remove the premium again.
